Kabir backs early-stage entrepreneurs building inclusive, transformative financial infrastructure. Previously at Omidyar Network, he led investments in frontier markets and helped seed global nonprofit initiatives advancing digital public infrastructure and financial inclusion. He also co-founded a World Bank program that helped lay the foundation for mobile-first fintech ecosystems in emerging economies. Kabir has worked in more than 15 countries across Asia, Africa, and Latin America, and has advised the Government of India on digital FS.
