Justin Zhao serves as Head of Visa Direct, North America. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of the Visa Direct business across the US and Canada including growth strategy, client sales, partner management, and scaling adoption of Visa’s money movement solutions. Justin leads teams responsible for commercial strategy and execution across all client segments, including fintech and digital partners, merchants, acquirers and processors, and banks and other financial institutions. He is focused on driving sustainable revenue growth, expanding Visa Direct’s market footprint, and delivering innovative, scalable money movement capabilities to clients of all sizes across the region. Prior to Visa, Justin was a management consultant at Accenture, where he advised leading banking and capital markets institutions on large-scale strategic and operational transformations across the front, middle, and back offices. Justin holds a degree in Economics and Political Science from Duke University and currently resides in San Francisco.
