Justin has over 27 years of payments experience in product design and management, launching payment platforms, digital products, and digital innovation. He is a leader in creating innovative products and digital transformation with a focus on designing, enabling, and building scale products on a domestic and global basis. Justin now leads the Debit and ATM line of business at FIS which includes over 2,500 financial institutions, 240 million active cards and 171 thousand ATMs.

Prior to FIS, Justin was at Visa for sixteen years in multiple global and domestic management positions. His last role was the Head of Remittance for Visa Direct the global cross border money movement product at Visa. Prior to that, Justin managed multiple product teams at Visa DPS, Visa’s in-house debit processing platform.
