I am a Partner at McKinsey & Company and a leader in the Firm’s Payments Practice, where I also lead McKinsey’s Payments × Transformation service line. I advise CEOs and executive teams across the payments, fintech, and banking ecosystem on devising growth strategies, delivering large-scale transformations, and executing M&A transactions and integrations.

My clients include banks, card issuers, payments processors, networks, domestic and cross-border infrastructure providers, and private equity firms. I have deep expertise across end-to-end transformations, from strategy through execution, and have led some of McKinsey’s largest and most complex payments and banking transformations globally.
