Jonathan Holland is a financial services and digital assets executive with more than 19 years of experience spanning payments, enterprise strategy, and product innovation. He currently leads digital asset product strategy at M&T Bank, advancing the bank’s roadmap across tokenized deposits, stablecoins, wallets, custody, and emerging payments infrastructure. He works across business, technology, risk, and regulatory functions to translate emerging technologies into executable strategies and operating models.

Previously, Jonathan spent eight years at Mastercard in leadership roles across digital partnerships, crypto, open banking, blockchain, and CBDCs, including helping launch Mastercard’s CBDC testing platform. Earlier, he held roles at Citigroup and AIG across treasury, liquidity, trade solutions, balance sheet management, and financial planning. Jonathan holds an MBA in Finance from Canisius College and a BA from the University at Buffalo.
