With more than a decade of experience in payments and technology, Jim has a proven track record of driving large-scale innovation across financial institutions and fintech platforms.

Prior to PNC, Jim led Instant Payments and Digital Assets at Fifth Third Bank, advancing high-volume, real-time payment capabilities. He has extensive experience ranging form Tier-1 banking, enterprise SaaS, and start up's, spanning embedded payments, digital assets, AI-driven product development, large language models, cybersecurity, and scalable system design.
