As Chief Operating Officer, Jenny Hadlow oversees the operational groups supporting our customer journey including Revenue Operations, Merchant Operations, and Risk Operations.

Jenny joined Checkout.com in 2021 to lead the Global Revenue Operations team, scaling and maturing the go-to-market strategy. Before joining Checkout.com, Jenny was SVP, Global Revenue Operations, at Yext, the leading digital presence platform. While at Yext, Jenny led the expansion into Europe and saw them through IPO in 2017.

Jenny received a B.A. from Princeton University. She is passionate about Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives and drives these inside and outside the company.
