Jen Minelli is the COO at Manifest. Jen has over 25 years experience in financial services and fintech ecosystem. Before joining Manifest, Jen worked at Nerve across operations, product, and finance, partnering closely with the co-founders to launch and support the Nerve banking platform.

Prior to Nerve, Jen spent 12 years at Kasasa, a fintech company serving over 900 financial institutions and millions of consumers nationwide. Jen started in client success, partnering closely with financial institutions to help them achieve their goals, before transitioning into product management. As EVP of Product, she was responsible for end-to-end success of the product portfolio and led several cross-functional initiatives, including GTM, and building & optimizing key operational processes.

Jen started her career in financial services at Lord, Abbett & Co, followed by Fitch Ratings. Jen earned an MBA from the University of Texas, and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Lehigh University.
