He spearheads AI innovation, including Penny, Priceline's AI travel assistant, while overseeing Checkout, Payments, and the Priceline VIP Rewards™ Visa® Card. With over 20 years in technology and e-commerce, Jacobus drives advancements in Generative AI and fintech solutions.

He previously led Priceline's Risk Management, implementing machine learning for industry-leading fraud prevention. Jacobus's experience includes founding tech startups, and he holds master's degrees from the University of Cape Town and Yale School of Management.
