Jacob Levin is Country Manager of Pomelo in Mexico, a leading financial technology company for the issuance, processing, and management of card programs in Latin America. With more than nine years of experience in the financial and technology sectors, he has held strategic roles at Galileo (NASDAQ: SOFI), AxiomSL (acquired by Nasdaq), and the Bank of Mexico. He is a graduate of entrepreneurship and economics programs at MIT, the London School of Economics, and Beijing Normal University, among other institutions, and in 2016 he was recognized in the MIT Global Founders’ Skills Accelerator. Jacob has established himself as a specialist in business development and market growth for fintechs and banks, with a focus on innovation in payments, digital financial services, and regulatory compliance. He has also participated in altruistic projects providing mentorship to young entrepreneurs.
