Ida McFadden is a Senior Director of Sales Operations for Fiserv. Inc. and currently lives and works in Atlanta GA. In her role Ida lends over two decades of leadership experience. Ida works with leaders and individuals to translate and develop organizational requirements into concrete support and management solutions. She is recognized for her ability to manage change through the alignment of strategy, defining leadership behaviors, and empowering people to achieve success.

Ida is a Global leader for the Women's Employee Resource group at Fiserv (WIN). As an ERG leader, Ida is responsible for designing and implementing programs focused on cultivating an environment of inclusivity that promotes upward mobility.

Ida strives to help others achieve greater success in their professional and personal lives by sharing her experiences, knowledge and leadership expertise. She is a wife, mother of two beautiful daughters and aspiring book author.
