Hartley currently serves as CEO of Microblink, a private-equity-backed global leader in AI identity intelligence that has verified more than 6 billion identities worldwide and serves 600+ enterprise customers across 40 countries. He also serves on the boards of several AI startups globally.

Beyond corporate roles, Hartley is deeply committed to community impact, founding and leading the Thompson Legacy Foundation, a nonprofit addressing the needs of vulnerable communities worldwide, particularly children affected by various crises.
