Glauber Mota is the CEO for Revolut Brazil, bringing to the region the world's first truly global financial app.

He started his career in Asset Management and later had experiences in Retail Banking, Risk Management, Treasury, Finance, Technology and Operations in Brazil, USA, UK, Portugal and Switzerland. Prior to joining Revolut, Glauber was a partner at BTG Pactual, one of the largest investment banks in Latin America.

Trained as an Engineer from IME and with a Master of Science degree from IMPA, Glauber is also a GMP graduated at the Harvard Business School.

Enthusiastic about innovation and venture capital, Glauber is a startup investor and active in advisory boards.
