Frank Medrano is the Head of Fintech & Payments Banking within J.P. Morgan Chase Commercial Banking’s Innovation Economy team. Frank also leads a team of tech bankers covering the Southwestern U.S, providing strategic growth advice and commercial banking solutions to some of the fastest growing companies in North America.

Prior to joining the team in April 2014, Frank served as an Executive Director on JPMorgan Chase’s Diversified Industries team. He started his career more than 25 years ago at Bank of America.

Frank graduated with a BBA in Finance from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. He holds Series 24, 79, and 63 securities licenses.

When not spending time with his family, Frank is also active in the innovation and startup community through his involvement with Tech Titans, Venture Dallas, The Capital Factory and The Dallas Entrepreneurial Center.
