Fernanda Sottil is Senior Director of Strategy at Incode, the AI-powered identity company. She leads product marketing and strategic initiatives, with much of her focus on agentic identity: how institutions verify, authorize, and hold accountable the autonomous AI agents now acting on behalf of people and businesses. She moderated the "Fighting Deepfakes: A Bank's Year on the Front Line" session at Money20/20 Europe 2026.

Before Incode, Fernanda held strategy and operations roles at Uber and Google, launching products and scaling operations across the United States and Latin America. She is a former founder.

Fernanda holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a double degree in Industrial and Business Engineering from ITAM in Mexico City.
