Faisal is currently Region Head Commercial Cards Americas for HSBC based in New York. He is responsible for product strategy, commercialization and business performance of B2B and T&E products, including virtual card solutions, across all segments. Prior to taking on the Region Head role, Faisal was Global Head of Corporate Card Products for HSBC based in London, UK.

Before joining HSBC, Faisal’s last role was Head of Business Architecture for the Insurance division at Lloyds Banking Group where he was responsible for the Target Operating Model for the business and helping implement the digital strategy for the division.

Faisal has worked at various banks around the world including Barclays, Lloyds Banking Group, GE Money, and Dubai Islamic Bank in various commercial card product management and transformation roles, and has experience working across all segments from consumer lending to multinationals.
