Dipti Kachru is the Global Chief Marketing Officer at Broadridge Financial Solutions and a member of the executive leadership team. She leads global marketing and corporate communications, including brand strategy, public relations, product and digital marketing, and demand generation. A purpose-driven change agent, Dipti brings deep financial services expertise and a strong record of building high-impact brands and modern, data-driven marketing organizations. Since joining Broadridge in 2022, she strengthened the firm’s global brand and accelerated marketing’s role as a growth engine. Previously, Dipti spent a decade at J.P. Morgan Chase, most recently as CMO of J.P. Morgan Wealth Management. She began her career at OppenheimerFunds and holds degrees from Lady Shri Ram College and Columbia University.
