Dipti Kachru is executive vice president and global chief marketing officer (CMO) at State Street. Prior to joining State Street, Dipti served as global chief marketing officer at Broadridge Financial Solutions, where she led a multi-year transformation of the marketing and communications function, evolving the firm's brand and strengthening alignment with sales. Earlier in her career, Dipti held senior marketing leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase across wealth management, banking, and asset management.

Dipti is a senior leader known for building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of empowerment, collaboration, and excellence. She received her undergraduate degree from Lady Shriram College, New Delhi, India, and her Master of Science degree in strategic communications from Columbia University.
