Widely acknowledged as the authority on Digital ID and Mobile Driver's License in the USA, David Kelts has rolled out more citizen-facing Digital ID programs than most companies. Since completing Utah's GET Mobile ID product and rollout, David has Chaired the Secure Technology Alliance's Mobile Drivers License Committee. In doing so, he analyzed Digital ID rollouts across the US, Europe, Australia, and the world to become a thought leader in managing trust across ecosystems and building momentum for the tricky, three sided marketplace that is Digital ID. His Trust Management work is setting responsibilities for Wallets, Issuers, and Relying Parties that will protect global residents and end-users.
