Darlene Johnson is EVP and Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer at Suncoast Credit Union, with more than 35 years of experience in credit unions and member services. She joined Suncoast in 1990 and has held a range of leadership roles across lending, member experience, operations, and growth, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Growth Officer.

In her current role, she leads enterprise strategy and transformation, driving growth and operational alignment across all business lines. Her work focuses on delivering scalable innovation while enhancing member experience and deepening community impact.
