Daniela is the COO and co-founder of Zumma, a platform that leverages AI to automate and simplify financial processes for Latin American businesses, starting with expense management and invoicing. They work with more than 200 businesses in Mexico.

She was born and raised in Mexico City where she studied chemical engineering. Daniela worked at a boutique investment banking firm that specializes in M&A of family businesses across Latin America. She worked at Dadoo y Asociados for almost 5 years where she became the first and youngest female associate in the firm’s 25 years of history.

Most recently, she graduated in 2022 with an MBA from London Business School. During her MBA she worked for two VCs, Target Global, a firm with €1.5bn+ AuM focused on fast-growing tech companies and Amplifyher Ventures, an early-stage firm that invests in visionary founders with women in decision-making roles.
