Dan Fishman is the Treasurer at Circle, a global financial technology firm that enables businesses of all sizes to harness the power of digital currencies and public blockchains for payments, commerce and financial applications worldwide. He oversees strategy and operational aspects of capital, liquidity and balance sheet, in addition to managing the reserves backing Circle stablecoins, and Circle’s tokenized fund assets. Dan started his career at Goldman Sachs, where he spent 18 years in various Treasury and capital markets functions in both the US and Asia, including as a Managing Director and as Treasurer of Goldman Sachs Bank USA.
