Before Spire, Cody was a Partner at Scout Management Partners, overseeing a portfolio spanning surface solutions, energy, and materials ventures, and earlier held senior investment roles at Fortress Investment Group and Mount Kellett Capital. His background also includes leading investment management and structured finance for Goldman Sachs Realty Japan in Tokyo, and a decade at Archon Group across acquisitions and the executive office. Cody holds degrees from Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business.
