Chris Parker serves as President & CEO of Lighthouse Credit Union, a role he has held since June 2021. Bringing nearly 30 years of leadership experience in financial services, Chris is known for driving growth, fostering innovation, and advancing community impact.

In 2024, he was appointed by the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston to its Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council (CDIAC), where he advises on issues shaping the future of community financial institutions. Before joining Lighthouse, Chris spent 14 years at Partners Federal Credit Union, part of The Walt Disney Company, preceded by an executive role at Citibank and nearly nine years with Capital One.

He holds a BA in English from the University of South Florida and an MBA from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. Chris resides in Dover, New Hampshire, with his wife Tricia and their two dogs
