Brittany Decker serves as Senior Director and Head of Sponsor Banks for North America at Visa, leading relationship management and business development across third‑party issuing, merchant acquiring, and money movement solutions. She drives growth and enablement strategies for sponsor banks supporting program managers, fintechs, Banking‑as‑a‑Service providers, merchants, payment facilitators, and processing partners.

Since joining Visa in 2011, Brittany has built extensive expertise in the payments ecosystem. She began in the issuer processing organization, later managing bank and credit union relationships within the Community Issuer segment. In 2018, she assumed leadership of the U.S. BIN Sponsor Bank portfolio, where she continues to expand and strengthen strategic partnerships nationwide.

Before Visa, Brittany held business development roles in software sales and professional sports marketing, bringing a diverse background in driving client success in competitive industries.
