Boe Hartman brings nearly 30 years of global technology and banking experience from some of the world’s most innovative companies including Capital One, Barclays and Goldman Sachs.

At Goldman Sachs, Boe participated in the firm’s entry into consumer banking, building their credit card offering from the ground up as the CTO of Consumer Technology. Boe then moved to the role of Integration Lead where he was focused on transitioning the firm's institutional businesses to a premiere digital experience.

Boe also served as Co-CIO of Goldman Sachs Bank USA, was co-head of the Technology Hiring Committee and served as an advisor to the Disability Interest Forum.

Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Boe served as CIO at Barclaycard, where he developed the global technology responsible for managing billions of transactions across financial products.

Boe also spent 11 years with CapitalOne, where he held a variety of leadership roles across IT and Operations.
