Bharathi leads Xero’s Payments, Payroll and Ecosystem teams where she is responsible for delivering product solutions for our small businesses and app partners. Her professional journey bridges across engineering, product, and partnerships in companies like Google, Microsoft, Meta/WhatsApp, Amazon, Visa and PayPal where she focused on bringing delightful commerce and payment experiences to users across the globe.

Bharathi began her career as a Research Scientist at Hewlett Packard Labs. She has a Masters of Business Administration from Stanford Business School and M.S in Computer Science from UMASS, Amherst.
