At Team8 Group, he helped grow the firm into a multi-hundred million dollar fund, led its U.S. expansion, and launched initiatives including an award-winning cyber ETF and a PhD program. He also played a key role in scaling and selling several fintech companies to firms like PayPal and Bitsight. Ben has advised the World Economic Forum on digital currency policy and previously worked at Deloitte Consulting, where he helped major U.S. banks and insurers shape their fintech, M&A, and innovation strategies. Most recently, Ben co-founded April to bring greater equity and accessibility to the tax experience. The company aims to democratize the tax code by enabling any business to embed tax features and filing capabilities into their own apps, making tax tools more accessible to all Americans.
