Avinash Chidambaram is a fintech executive with more than 25 years of experience building products used by hundreds of millions globally. As a senior leader at Interac, he led product and development for Interac e-Transfer, ‘Canada’s Zelle', building the Interac Token Platform. He also launched Apple Pay in Canada and led the integration of tokenized payments with Google Pay. Prior to co-founding Cybrid, Avinash founded Ario, an embedded SMB lending platform leveraging AI underwriting to extend hundreds of millions in credit (exited to Thinking Capital in 2020). He also led the identity and payments service globally at Blackberry, used by over 130M users.
