Angie Szatkowski is the Chief Operations Officer at Alpena Alcona Area Credit Union, where she has been part of the executive leadership team since 2014. With more than 20 years in the credit union industry, she is passionate about improving how members experience financial services by combining operational excellence, technology, innovation, and people-first leadership.

Throughout her career, Angie has held roles spanning member service, human resources, administration, audit, compliance, and executive leadership, giving her a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing financial institutions today. She is recognized for leading strategic initiatives that strengthen operations, enhance the member experience, and support sustainable growth.

Angie holds a BBA in Management from Northwood University, is a graduate of CUNA Management School, and has earned several industry certifications. She remains committed to advancing the credit union philosophy of people helping people while embracing the future of financial services.
