Andrea Ruiz Rabadan is Chief Strategy Officer at Wright-Patt Credit Union ($9.5B in assets), where she leads enterprise strategy, product management, data and analytics, project management, and change management. Her work focuses on strategies that expand financial access, education, and opportunity across Ohio.

Previously, Andrea held senior leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase and Fifth Third Bank, where she developed and executed high-impact strategies that accelerated market expansion, enhanced financial health, and delivered measurable business results. Her experience spans corporate strategy, advanced analytics, and business transformation.

Her purpose is to inspire and empower leaders to follow their dreams and influence the future of their organizations through sustainable, data-driven growth strategies. Andrea holds an M.S. in Analytics from North Carolina State University and a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Ashland University. She has also served nonprofit organizations including Music Resource Center and Every Child Succeeds, supporting emerging professionals and underserved communities.
