Ana Liza Grandner is Executive Vice President and Chief Payments Officer at First Bank of the Lake, where she leads the bank’s payments strategy and oversees its Private Label Banking product for FinTech partners. An internationally recognized leader in Fintech banking, Grandner brings more than 18 years of experience across digital payments, banking, and financial technology.

Throughout her career, she has helped build and optimize financial systems and products for industry leaders including Google Wallet, Chime, Varo, Simple, Seed, Walgreens, and Bento. Previously, she served as Vice President and Head of FinTech Banking at Cross River Bank and led the bank’s Payroll Protection Program efforts. Her career includes leadership roles at Cross River Bank, Bancorp Bank, Bank of America, Citibank, and The Vanguard Group.

Grandner holds a TRIUM Global Executive MBA and a BA in Psychology from Yale University. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
