Amy Nauiokas is a transformational CEO, founder, governor and advocate who has spent three decades running and building purpose-led organizations at the intersection of access, equity, and innovation.

She is the founder and CEO of Anthemis, the industry-leading venture firm widely credited with being the first to invest in what we now call ‘fintech,’ as well as the founder and CEO of Archer Gray, an award-winning production company that brings new, diverse, and innovative stories to life.

She has served on the board of the Make-a-Wish Foundation and Edible Schoolyard, among others, and is a 20-year member of the Dickinson College Board of Trustees.
