Alexis Johnson is Co-Founder & CEO of Light Node Ventures, a New York-based growth and strategy firm focused on Web3, fintech, AI, and emerging technology. Since launching the firm in 2018, she has supported acquisitions and projects that reached over $1B in peak market capitalization and helped grow eight-figure ARR businesses. Alexis focuses on cross-border market expansion, commercialization, and go-to-market strategy, helping founders translate technical innovation into real adoption through partnerships, global expansion, and long-term positioning. She also serves as President of the Johns Hopkins Blockchain & Fintech Network, connecting students, alumni, and industry leaders across the blockchain ecosystem. Alexis graduated Cum Laude from Loomis Chaffee and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Johns Hopkins University’s Whiting School of Engineering. She is a Little Rock Nine Scholarship recipient.
