Alex Bell is a Vice President at Synchrony with nearly two decades of experience in financial services, spanning sales, client strategy, leadership, and business transformation.

Raised in Harlem, Alex’s path has taken him from college football and an opportunity with the New York Giants to executive leadership in financial services. He earned his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, where his classmates selected him as their commencement speaker.

Throughout his career, Alex has developed a reputation for bringing people together, asking thoughtful questions, and helping teams examine challenges from different perspectives. He is particularly interested in how leaders turn insight into action, navigate change, and create meaningful outcomes for their organizations, customers, and people.
