Akram Belghith is VP of Data at Kiavi, the #1 Residential Transition Loan (RTL) lender and a subsidiary of Figure Technology Solutions, where he leads data science, analytics, data engineering, and AI infrastructure.

Over nearly a decade at Kiavi, he has helped build and scale the company's data and AI capabilities across the lending lifecycle, evolving from predictive modeling and analytics to production systems spanning property valuation, document intelligence, multimodal AI, optimization, and agentic automation.

His work focuses on turning proprietary loan, property, borrower, document, and operational data into intelligent decision systems that accelerate loan processing, reduce operational friction, improve borrower experience, and enable better decisions at scale. He has led these systems from early experimentation through production deployment in a regulated financial environment, with a focus on reliability, auditability, observability, and measurable business impact.
