Abhinav Gupta is a senior product executive with more than 28 years of experience building and scaling products and platforms across fintech, payments, banking, risk, and commerce. At Block, he leads product strategy for post-transaction experiences across Cash App, focused on using AI, automation, and self-service to improve customer trust and reduce friction and loss.

Previously, Abhinav led product modernization at Varo Bank across identity, payments, fraud, financial crime, core banking, card issuing and servicing. At Western Union, he scaled the company’s digital business from $50 million to more than $1 billion across 100+ countries, building global products and partnerships including Google Pay and Facebook.

Throughout his career, Abhinav has built and led global product and technology organizations, with a focus on platform strategy, AI-driven transformation, and creating financial experiences that operate at global scale.
