Vice President & General Manager, Dayforce

Aaron Fox serves as General Manager of Dayforce’s On-Demand Pay business, where he leads the strategy, growth, and go-to-market execution for Dayforce Wallet across North America and the United Kingdom. He works closely with customers and partners to position on-demand pay as a strategic workforce solution—helping employers strengthen talent attraction, retention, and employee financial wellness. In his role, Aaron and his cross-functional team have grown Dayforce’s On-Demand Pay business from zero to nearly 1,500 customers in just over five years.

Before joining the company, Aaron was Vice President at Wells Fargo, held three roles at American Express and began his career in sales and client management.

Aaron earned an MBA from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Tulane University. He lives in Fairfield, Connecticut with his wife and two sons.
