What's Included

Hospitality Suite

  • The suite will be located in either the Venetian or Palazzo bedroom towers
  • Sponsors are provided with full use of their allocated hotel suite from Sunday check in at 3PM to Wednesday check out at 11AM
  • One furniture configuration is provided free of charge. If you would like any additional configurations this will need to be arranged and paid for directly with the hotel
  • Wi-Fi is included
  • Safety deposit box within the room
  • Access is strictly limited to individuals with a Money20/20 Delegate pass or sponsorship pass. NO ACCESS WILL BE PERMITTED WITHOUT EITHER OF THESE PASSES.
  • Included as part of your contract are 10 Delegate and 10 suite only passes. These are unnamed passes that can be given to guests on arrival to the suite and then collected on them leaving.
  • The passes will be colour coded for each day and limited to a maximum of 10 passes per day. It is the sponsors responsibility to collect the pass as their guest leaves so they can then be redistributed as needed.

Suite Only Passes
  • Each hospitality suite sponsor will have access to purchase up to 10 ‘suite only’ pass type at $1500 each. They are transferable.
  • The maximum a sponsor can purchase is 10.
  • These are day passes and only give access to the hospitality suites on that day.
  • It is the sponsor's responsibility to collect these from registration.
