Next Steps
You will need to have a Money20/20 pass, and a Money20/20 account matching the email address on your pass to access. The email address and password you set for your account will be the same you will need to use to access Money20/20 Connect.
If you have an account but have forgotten the password, please click on ‘__Forgotten Password?__’ from the Money20/20 Login page.
If you do not already have an account using the same email address that is against your pass, please Sign Up to create a new account.
*Note, if your pass isn’t reflecting in your account because it was booked by someone else, don’t worry! The pass can stay under the original booking as this won’t affect your access to Money20/20 Connect and you will still receive all the relevant pre-event communications. *

In order to create your team, one member of your company will need to login and gain access by clicking on 'My Teams' of your connections platform home screen.
The first team member from your company to access 'My Team' will automatically become ‘admin’ and will need to add the rest of your company's delegates.
To avoid confusion, we advise that you nominate a team member to login first and become the admin who manages access to your team's area. They will need to check the team members tab to make sure they are accepting their colleagues into the area.
If you find that a member of your team is already the admin and you would like for this to be changed, this can be changed by clicking the 'Team Members' tab.
If you want to make a change to your sponsor profile (ie. change your logo or bio), you can update this inside the Sponsor Portal. Any changes will show within 24 hours.
You are unable to change your location or company name via the portal, so for this please contact our Customer Success team at cs.usa@money2020.com
