Sara Milsten is SVP, New Member Acquisition, responsible for new customer acquisition for the U.S. Consumer Business. In this role, Sara is responsible for marketing strategies and investments for all owned and paid channels including Search, Media, Affiliate, Phone, Direct Mail and Site.
Prior to this, Sara served as the Chief Commerce Officer for Plenti and was focused on driving commerce and engagement on the Plenti platform. She also served as VP, Partnership Marketing and led marketing for our co-brand portfolios including Delta, Hilton and Starwood. Previously, Sara spent 8 years working in a variety of roles in our International Consumer business and delivered digital marketing strategies and solutions across our portfolio of proprietary markets.
Prior to American Express, Sara worked in advertising at a variety of agencies, including Young & Rubicam and Leo Burnett.
Sara holds a BA from Stanford University and an MBA from Kellogg at Northwestern University.
