Kim is a Director (Partner) at Edgar, Dunn & Company with over 23 years of experience in consulting,payments and financial services.  Kim is passionate about building businesses and the intersection between FinTech and traditional banking.  Kim works with a variety of clients in the financial services and payments industries.  Her consulting experience focuses on evaluating strategic options for growth including product development, and creating go-to-market strategies to accelerate market share. Her experience also includes assessing organizations’ operational effectiveness compared to external leading practices.  

Further, Kim leads the Firm’s Industry Roundtable efforts in the U.S., focused on risk management practices in payment cards and consumer lending, and the evolving financial services ecosystem enabling participants to provide more choice and access to traditionally underserved consumers.  Kim works with her clients (both traditional banks and FinTech lenders) on topics including the economic environment and credit cycles, regulatory environment, use of mobile technology, fraud, and changes in consumer behavior regarding credit and financial services products.

She has experience in financial services and payments product areas including credit card, private label credit card, small business credit card, personal unsecured installment loans, small business installment loans, financial service products and needs of the traditionally underserved (unbanked or underbanked), retail banking, mortgage lending, securities brokerage, and consumer finance. 

Prior to joining Edgar, Dunn & Company, she held strategic consulting positions at Mitchell Madison Group and Andersen, and held international positions at the Union Bank of Switzerland and Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc.  Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Villanova University, and an MBA in Finance and Management of Organizations from Columbia University, both with distinction.
