Josh is a partner at Greylock, backing entrepreneurs who want to start and rapidly scale enduring, market-defining technology companies. Since joining the firm in 2017, he's led Greylock’s investment in Coinbase, Ribbon, and PayJoy.
Josh is an experienced product leader and entrepreneur. Previously, he was VP of Product at Twitter where he led the teams for all revenue generating lines of business including advertising, data services and customer support applications. He transitioned into the role following Twitter's acquisition of his company, TellApart, for more than $500M. Josh founded and incubated TellApart at Greylock in 2009.
Before TellApart, Josh was a lead PM at Google where he co-founded the Adwords API team. Today, this platform interacts with over half of the company’s total revenue and in 2008, won Google’s prestigious all-company EMG award.
Josh earned his Bachelor’s degree with distinction in Economics at Stanford, where he was a Mayfield Fellow.
