As the Global Head of Payments and Receivables for J.P. Morgan’s Wholesale Payments business, Emma manages the strategy, development and positioning of these product capabilities. She is spearheading several transformational projects that will further differentiateJ.P. Morgan’s services and maintain the firm’s leadership position in the payments and receivables industry. Specifically, Emma is exploring and implementing new technology in solutions that deliver increased connectivity, visibility, speed and insight to clients.
Emma is a recognized expert with more than 25 years of cash management experience.Across her career, she has held senior product management and operations management positions at J.P. Morgan, Citibank, and Deutsche Bank in the payables, receivables and foreign exchange businesses. Emma is also an active industry participant, currently representing J.P.Morgan on the Federal Reserve Payments Risk Committee and the Payco Board of TheClearing House. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of SWIFT.
Emma holds a BA degree from Duke University and an MBA degree from the Stern School ofBusiness at New York University.
