Money20/20 and RiseUp have always put diversity and inclusion on the agenda as a top priority for our industry as a whole. Diverse and inclusive businesses just do better — and women in leadership roles can bring more success, ideas and innovation to the table.
The gap is just too wide.
It’s not just about getting women in senior roles — it’s about the pay gap and the gap for women of color who are disproportionately underrepresented across our industry - particularly in positions of power. For two years our RiseUp cohort has been over 60% women of color. This year, we’re challenged to do more and raise the bar even higher for RiseUp and the entire Money20/20 community.
