Where will Money20/20 USA 2020 take place?
The Money20/20 USA 2020 event will take place on October 25 - 28 2020 at The Venetian | The Palazzo and Sands Expo in Las Vegas, NV.

Is there a registration deadline?
No. Once registration is open, delegates can register up to and throughout the event. When our registration website closes, you will be able to pay for a pass at the registration desks onsite.
Can I be invoiced for my pass?
Yes. Please contact us with your request for an invoice and we'll be happy to help.
How can I book a pass for Money20/20USA?

What does my pass include?
Passes include access to all sessions, exhibit hall, meal functions and receptions.
I have created an account but haven't received my password, what should I do?
Please click on Forgotten Password and enter the email address you used to create your account. You should then receive an email to reset your password.
If you do not receive the link, please contact us.
Is it possible to register more than one attendee before paying or must I pay for each delegate at the same time?
You can register several attendees before submitting to pay and do not have to pay for all registered attendees at the same time. You can also register delegates and then return to the My Passes section of your My Account area and register additional delegates or make changes before paying.
I do not yet know the details of the attendees who will be attending, can I still register them?
Yes. You can still register them without having to provide any details. Once you have the details, you'll be able to update the registration from the My Passes section of your My Account area.
What do I do if I require a visa?
Please check with the USA embassy in your country if you are unsure whether a visa is necessary. Please note that only registered delegates will be provided a visa invitation letter upon request.
If you do require a visa, you can download a visa invitation letter directly online from the My Passes section of your My Account area, once you have registered.
If the name on your registration differs from the one on your passport, please contact us.
I get an error message when trying to register, who can I contact?
Please contact us with a description of the steps taken, a screenshot of the error message you received and the browser version you are using. We will then get back to you as soon as possible.
Which currencies do you accept?
All payments must be made in USD ($). We do not accept any other currency.
How do I pay by Bank Transfer?
If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please contact us to request an invoice for you. Payment is required within 30 days. If payment has not been received by this time, your invoice will be made void and that rate will no longer be honoured if the price has increased during or after this time.
Once we have received payment, we will be in contact with you regarding next steps on how to register your passes.
What options do I have if my credit card is declined?
It is advisable to contact your card issuing bank to authorise them to release the appropriate funds. Another alternative is a payment by bank transfer - if you would prefer to pay by this option, please contact us.
Amendments and replacements
How do I make changes to an existing registration or transfer a registration to someone else?
Please login to My Account > Purchased Passes > Pass Options > Replace Delegate and complete the details of the new delegate attending.
Are passes refundable or transferable?
All event passes are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person. To make changes to an existing registration, please login to My Account > Purchased Passes > Pass Options > Replace Delegate and complete the details of the new delegate attending.
I can only attend for one day; can I transfer my pass to somebody else?
No, passes are non-transferable once printed.
How can I change the name/email of the contact person of the booking?
If you wish to change the name/email of the booking contact, please contact us.
Can I receive a refund or credit if I cancel my booking?
All Money20/20 USA 2020 passes are non-refundable, nor can they be transferred to another Money20/20 event. However, it is possible to transfer your pass to another attendee, via the My Passes section of your My Account area.
Is there a dress code?
Dress code is business or business casual. We recommend comfortable shoes since you’ll see a boost in your daily step counts!
Will there be wifi at the event?
Yes, complimentary wifi will be available to all delegates at the event. The wifi network name and password will be printed on the back of every pass.
