Huntington and True Link: Protecting Families in the Age of AI

Huntington Bank and True Link built the first family banking platform at scale. Launched in early 2025, it lets customers manage accounts for teens, aging parents and other loved ones in a single connected experience in Huntington's app, with tools to set spending limits and block risky transactions. One-third of its account holders are new to Huntington and switched specifically for the offering. More than 100 million Americans help manage a family member's finances.
