Staying safe at Money20/20

We want everyone to have a great time at the show, so we’ve put together some guidance to help you feel safe in and around the grounds.

Getting help

Head to any of our information desks around the venue for general directions, and advice, or look out for our staff for support or directions - they’ll be easy to spot in ‘staff’ t-shirts and badges!

Support for people who are unwell

If someone looks unwell or seems in need of assistance and you are concerned for their safety, explain your concern to a staff member and ask that they help the person get home safely.

  • Inside the show - we have medics and security staff on-site to assist
  • Inside a hotel, bar, restaurant - speak to a member of staff
  • In a public place - call the emergency services: 911

If someone is extremely unwell, including if they’re incapable of walking or standing, call an ambulance immediately on 911

Medical Assistance

Medics and trained first-aiders are on hand at the show and our official events. Remember to carry your medical insurance details if you’re an international visitor.

Stay hydrated and take breaks

Staying together

As you would in any major city, please take precautions to stay safe and protect your possessions at all times. If you’re planning to attend one of our evening events, please make sure you’ve planned your journey home. Don’t travel alone where possible. Book a taxi, or walk with co-workers or trusted friends, especially late at night.

Stay connected

Keep your phone charged and take a portable charger with you as a backup. During show hours, we have plenty of space at the venue to charge your electronics. You’ll find these signs posted in the App. Stay connected with friends or family members, especially if you're exploring solo.

Valuables

Leave your passport and any valuables in your room, and use a safe if there is one. Remember to close all windows before you go out. While out and about, keep bags fastened and don’t carry them facing to the roadside.

Road Safety

Please take care when crossing roads. Always be aware of your surroundings. If you’re walking on the Strip, be aware of the large number of people and traffic around you. Please take care when crossing roads to ensure you yield to oncoming traffic and cross in designated areas, jaywalking is punishable in the state of Nevada with a fine of up to $100.
