Registration and Badge Pick Up

When you enter Money20/20 USA for the first time, you’ll need to collect your badge from Badge Pick Up. Everyone will need to wear a badge onsite at all times – this will be your passport to the show.

What do I need to bring to collect my badge?

Please bring a form of ID and your badge pick up barcode email. A few days before the show, you’ll receive an email with your unique barcode and details on how to collect your badge onsite. You’ll also find the barcode in the Money20/20 Connect App, under Badge Pick-Up. If you can’t find the barcode email, don’t worry. Head to the desks anyway, and the staff will help you locate the booking onsite.

What does my badge look like?

Your Money20/20 USA badge will include your headshot, first and last name, job title, and company name. Make sure the details on your badge are up to date, but you can always log in to Pass Manager to make any changes. If your pass isn’t in your account because it was booked by someone else, please ask the booking contact to make the changes or email the Delegates team at usa@money2020.com and they’ll be happy to help.

Can I buy a pass onsite at Money20/20 USA?

Absolutely. Head to Badge Pick Up or buy your pass online.

Can I collect a badge on behalf of a colleague?

You can collect a badge for someone else and we’ll be able to add the collection details to the booking. Please make sure you bring the badge pick up barcode email with you or an email from the delegate with permission to collect the badge on their behalf.

How do I change the person on a pass?

As long as the badge hasn’t been used or printed already, you can make a name change at the Registration desks or online by following these steps: On the pass you wish to replace, select Options > Delegate Details > Edit Details > “To replace the delegate, please click here” > Save.

My colleague registered my pass online. Why can’t I see it when I log in?

Once a pass has been registered, it will remain in the Booking Contact's Money20/20 USA account online under Pass Manager. But don’t worry, the attendee registered against the pass will still receive all the show details they need – including information on the program, the Money20/20 Connect App, Badge Pick Up, and more. Depending on the order, you may be able to move the pass into a different online account. Email the Delegates team at usa@money2020.com to find out more.
