Is there a limit on the number of passes I can purchase?
There is no limit for Standard Passes, but there are savings when you bring your team! Limited availability for the Platinum Pass.

Is there any group rate available?
Yes, register 3 or more colleagues on a Standard Pass to maximize your experience and companies' presence. For new bookings only. Please contact us to inquire with any questions.

To qualify, your organization must:

Be a licensed or regulated banking institution Have less than $10B USD in total assets (or local currency equivalent) Register using a verified institutional email domain Be an operating financial institution (not a consultant, advisor, or vendor) U.S. institutions may be validated using FDIC data (Call Reports / BankFind); international institutions via public filings or regulators Subsidiaries or affiliates of institutions over $10B in assets are not eligible Digital banks must hold a full banking license This pass is open to eligible banks globally. Limited availability. Rate is subject to confirmation that your organization qualifies. Your pass application will be reviewed by the team, usually within 3 working days. Once the application has been approved, you will need to log back into your account to complete the pass purchase.

To qualify, your company must:

Have been in operation for less than 3 years (incorporation dates after October 1, 2023 will be accepted) Have raised less than $5M. This pass is not for advisors, consultants, law firms, advisory board members, VCs, or accelerators Limited Availability. Rate is subject to confirmation that your organization qualifies. Your pass application will be reviewed by the team, usually within 3 working days. Once the application has been approved, you will need to log back into your account to complete the pass purchase.

To qualify, your company must:

Have been in operation for less than 7 years (incorporation dates after October 1, 2019 will be accepted) Have raised less than $30M This pass is not for advisors, consultants, law firms, advisory board members, VCs or accelerators Limited Availability. To qualify, your organization must:

Be a registered credit union, cooperative bank, or equivalent member-owned financial institution Register using a verified institutional email domain Be an operating financial institution (not a consultant, advisor, or vendor) U.S. institutions may be validated using NCUA data; international equivalents via local regulators or public disclosures Member-owned structure is required; non-cooperative affiliates may be reviewed separately There is no asset cap for this pass. This pass is open to eligible institutions globally.

Sell directly to consumers, either in physical stores or online (including platforms like online marketplaces or sharing economy services) Not be in the financial industry or involved in money transfer services, banks, or other financial-related businesses Rate is subject to confirmation that your organization qualifies. Your pass application will be reviewed by the team, usually within 3 working days. Once the application has been approved, you will need to log back into your account to complete the pass purchase.

To qualify, you will need to:

Be employed by a retailer that sells directly to consumers, either in physical stores or online (including platforms like online marketplaces or sharing economy services) Play an active role in choosing and implementing new technologies or solutions Commit to five (5) or ten (10) 15-minute onsite meetings with participating solution providers to benefit from a 50% discount, or a complimentary pass Be available for up to 15 meeting slots until your final schedule is confirmed (meetings may be spread out and are not required to be back-to-back) Complete all pre-event steps starting six weeks prior to the event Your pass application will be reviewed by the team, usually within 3 working days. Once the application has been approved, you will need to log back into your account to complete the pass purchase.

To qualify, you will need to:

Be employed by a qualifying financial institution (Banking Institutions, Community Banks, Credit Unions) Play an active role in choosing and implementing new technologies or solutions Commit to five (5) or ten (10) 15-minute onsite meetings with participating solution providers to benefit from a 50% discount, or a complimentary pass Be available for up to 15 meeting slots until your final schedule is confirmed (meetings may be spread out and are not required to be back-to-back)
