Money20/20 delegates get to book flights and accommodation with exclusive discounts

Check entry requirements to the USA If you are a non-U.S. citizen, you will need to show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before you travel by air to the United States from a foreign country. Click here for more information.

Do you need a visa? You can download a visa invitation letter directly online from the My Passes section of your My Account area if you need one for your trip. Once you have registered, simply click on Options on the pass(es) under your Purchased Orders and then Download Visa Letter.

Your online pass should show as ‘Ready to Go’ Make sure your details on the badge in your online account are up to date and correct. The pass shows as ‘Ready to Go’ if all details are complete.

Your Money20/20 Badge will look like this The badge shows your Headshot, Name, Company Name and Job Title. If you need to make any amendments go to your Pass Manager or Contact Us.

Your Barcode email Bring your barcode to the registration to collect your physical badge. We will send you your barcode via email a few days before the first day of the show. Please note you will only receive your barcode email if your booking is completed and paid for. If you are unsure and would like to check, contact our Finance Team and provide your order number.

Create your Schedule Customise your own list of must-see content sessions, view and filter the attendee list and book your meetings via the app. We’ll let you know once the Connections App is available for download.

Dress to Impress Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and reflects your brand best. It should be layered, as room temperatures can vary.


Collect your Badge at Registration Badge pick-up opening times can be found here.

Connect to the WIFI Complimentary wifi will be available to all delegates at the show. Check the screens throughout the venue or the back of your badge for details.

Check the Floor Plan You’ll have access to the floor plan via the Connections app. We’ll let you know when the Connections App is available for download.
